What are the current mysql and php courses for writing an online store from scratch?

hello everyone, I have a task from the management, to organize a small database of employees, fill it in and sometimes make a selection according to various simple parameters such as a date range and "category" of employees or similar parameters.
I want to write this whole thing myself, before that I was little by little engaged in js and layout of sites, it’s interesting to me, but I don’t have tons of time to study all the documentation, the ideal option is video tutorials in Russian ...
I watched there are now a lot of courses, but for 2010-13 years, and there is very ancient material on the old php, I also heard that the approach to mysql has changed there, all kinds of classes are already written differently, etc.
Please advise some kind of course or maybe there is something like that on YouTube, it is desirable that the information that I need to build my task was considered there, and not the theory as a whole, I understand I want a lot, but maybe I'm lucky?)
Thank you! :)

Didn't you think you'd screw up? A task from the category of "the child was allowed to play." You are now flattering your pride and not solving the problem.
Find a CRM with employee work and don't worry.

What will you be writing on? JS+PHP+MySQL?
If you need it as fast as possible, then your friends are google, https://learn.javascript.ru/, php.net/manual/ru/index.php, www.webmasterwiki.ru/mysql (or www.sql-tutorial. ru/)
True, you will need JS only if you use ajax, otherwise, in principle, you can do without it (well, you can make some decorations).
If it is textbooks that are needed, then I would pay attention to O`Relly books. Although a lot of people don't like it.
PS People are outraged that you understand that since 2013 the textbooks are already outdated, but the collision with 1C 10 years ago still disgusts you. Here you need to understand that each language solves its own problem and it is desirable to treat them more loyally).
PPS I also once wanted to write everything from 0. Yes, probably everyone once wanted to write everything from 0 and did not understand why to take ready-made when it was interesting to do everything yourself. And there is nothing wrong with that, the experience is very good. But the further into the forest, the greater the understanding that saving time is more important. And write yourself only if there is no necessary and suitable solution.
