Advcash accepts payments in cryptocurrencies. And payeer. But I don't know if they are still alive or gone bankrupt. It is much easier and more reliable to write everything yourself. There are a whole bunch of open source libraries for working with cryptocurrency. After all, the cryptocurrency is good because no third-party service or bank is needed to receive it.
