What are the convenient MSSQL database design tools?

The project began to grow and we need to somehow simplify the sharing of database design.
I would like to get from the database (created from C# models using the Entity Framework) with minimal gestures
1. a graphic diagram - (now with my hands, using MSSMS tools - create a diagram -> .png)
2. Documentation (now with the help of https://sqldbdoc. codeplex.com )
3. Structure in Google Excel (needed for discussion and making quick edits, then transferred to C# models)
First of all, I'm interested in free tools.

tried a lot, most convenient - EMS SQL Manager (although I'm sitting on the 2011 version)
