What are the controls for choosing the delivery time?
The designer needs to show what controls are available to specify the delivery time. The most interesting thing is the choice of time, for example, from 9 to 23 hours. Usually this is solved by a banal jQuery UI Slider, but not everyone understands, etc. (this is not the most user-friendly control for housewives).

Verbal controls are very popular: morning/afternoon/evening. It is much easier to take it once, anyway, no one needs the exact delivery time, there is too much variation.
Also faced with the problem of choosing the exact time. Google Keeper on Android has a very interesting solution . There are 4 options: morning, afternoon, evening and exact time. When you select the "exact time" opens the watch face, and then a similar watch face with minutes. I think for touch interfaces this is the most convenient solution I have ever seen.
For the web, we made classic drop-down lists. Separate for hours (from 9 to 19, 10 values in total) and separate for minutes in increments of 15 minutes (4 values).
