What are the console clients for cloud storage?

Good afternoon. Need help choosing a console client for cloud data storage. What do you need:

1. 1. Free.
2. 2. Run environment - win 2003 server.
3. 3. Console application.
4. 4. If possible - support for several services.
5. 5. If it did not grow together with point 4 - let there be several utilities.

Have you come across anything that can be used under these criteria.

Hm.
under Linux there is a very convenient console yandex-disk, but under windows - I have not seen

I'm answering to myself. The only thing that fits the task so far is WinSCP beta.
