What are the commands to redirect a tab to a new browser window?

You need to implement the following sequence:

1. User visits the page
   
2. Without a click, a popunder opens in the background without an address bar
   
3. The original tab closes
   
4. Popunder in the background expands to full size (optional)
   

Also wondering how to do this so that the browser does not block the new window
