What are the business models that primarily benefit people?

Hello.
It is important for me not only to receive a salary to meet the most important needs, but also to be able to help society, to understand that my work benefits people and it is important for them.
An example is the practical Linux that RedHat generates revenue from.
The RBC magazine for February 2015 says that almost all the profit from ABBY goes into promising developments: linguistics, the discovery of new data processing methods. And there are many examples.
Similar business models are described in the book " Anarchonomics ", which shows the close relationship between open data and the society that needs it.
What books, reviews can you recommend in order to learn more about recommendations for creatinguseful , relatively profitable business? If you yourself have something to say - write in the answers)

If you create a business that is 100% honest with consumers, then it will already be useful to society.
100% honesty in trading, 100% honesty in product quality, 100% honesty in production and marketing, advertising, etc.
Believe me, honesty in relationships with people is very useful for society.
Such a business will definitely satisfy all your lofty aspirations.
You can choose anything as a business product, except for tobacco, alcohol, gambling, etc.
For example, take the production of milk.
Let your milk be without dry additives.
Keep your milk free of antibiotics.
May your cows be healthy and well cared for.
Let your cows eat quality and clean feed.
Let your such milk not cost like space fuel.
Have your stores accept milk returns from consumers if they experience a deterioration in the taste of the product.
Let your stores not re-post the production date of the product if it was not fully sold within the expiration date.
Let ... and many more let.
If you create such a business, you will have something to respect yourself for, and the buyer will feel the benefit immediately.
I wish you successful implementation of this approach in business.

No need to help the "society", the profit will be zero. If you still want to - do it for specific people or groups.
All you can read in books "about recommendations for creating a useful, relatively profitable business":
- find a problem with a group of people
- solve this problem for them
- offer to use your services for $
The goal of any business is income. If you put the needs of society ahead of your own, to the point of "meeting your most important needs," congratulations, you want to be a slave.)
UPD
Here's an example:
I run a small YouTubea channel for programmers, I do it for myself, initially the goal was to test the saying "if you want to know something well, write a book about it." For me, it's just a hobby in my spare time and mood. Although if there is a profit in $, it will be nice)).
If this channel will be useful for someone - yes, it will amuse my CSV, but I don’t perceive it as “targeted help to the society”, I don’t owe anything to anyone.
Don't look for a yoke around your neck.

You need to know exactly where the edge is. If you neglect your interests, striving to please society as much as possible, you will encounter a consumer attitude towards yourself. The society will decide that you owe it something, it will begin to make demands on you. This phenomenon is noticeable in the audiences of many open source and/or free software projects.
In general, you can read G. Ford's book "My Life, My Achievements" - there he talks a lot about this. He was a very extraordinary and ambiguous person, but you can learn a lot from him.

Wrong. All NET profit. Those. first deducted all salaries, penalties, depreciation. And then they already allocated their hearts to promising developments, in which, by the way, ABBY itself is interested. Business cannot exist otherwise.
