I think, first you should learn the language in the required volume: OOP, conditions, cycles. Then - Qt.

Borovsky A. - Qt4.7+. Practical C++ Programming (2012). From this book, it is quite possible to learn both Qt and C ++ in parallel (you can immediately do something useful). In English, there are already books on Qt5 + they have excellent online documentation and help (learn English).
