What are the best online services to use for prototyping?

I came to work for the first time in a company, everyone there works under windows and they make mockups under the axure program, but I work on my work laptop under ubuntu. On the first day I used the moqups.com online service, but in the end I could not make more than 300 (three hundred) objects (figures), then for a fee.
Are there good free prototyping services (what do you use) and how can you automate the process of creating mockups?
