What are the "best of the best" JS libraries?

I don't surf the English internet very much yet, and today I found some cool plugins for me, such as: PhotoSwipe , CHARTIST.JS , Slideout.js , OWL Carousel and I would like to know if you have a selection of the "best of the best And if so, what does it include? I think it could help not only me.

It is desirable that these are plugins without dependencies, like JQuery and other libraries.
