there are three smartphones in stock (DNS, HTC 8s, Sony xperia p), only the screens are broken.

In the case of smartphones, the right decision is to sell for parts. Firstly, they have a too high level of integration of electronic components, you cannot remove them, and most importantly, solder them somewhere without special tools and skills, not to mention making a board for this economy.
Another good idea is to order at least some kind of screen, Chinese, not original, change and sell.
