What are the artifacts on the iMac monitor (mid-2007, 24'')?

Artifacts appear on the iMac depending on the color - where there should be white, red appears there, where there should be pure black - there green appears. With smooth gradients, pixels of unknown origin also sometimes appear. Moreover, I noticed that such glitches on the display sometimes appear, and sometimes go away on their own.
Same thing with bootcamp on Windows.
It's been like this for a couple of months, it hurts my eyes a lot. What could be the problem?

This is very similar to interference in an analog signal. But given the specifics of a monoblock PC, I cannot recommend changing the connection type to DVI / HDMI or trying another video card. Hardware problem.
