What are the areas of graphic design?

After a long search and reasoning, I came to the conclusion that I was drawn to work in a visual environment, I tried for a long time to study any areas of programming, different languages, but I understand that I want to create and immediately see clearly what I'm doing, something like this. I perceive and memorize information best of all with pictures, I like to observe the world with my eyes, whether it’s a summary or any movements - it’s like I take a picture and upload it to the brain, for example, a sheet with text, and when you need to remember something, this sheet clears up in my head and I seem to be reading from it, remembering in what font and size it was written, in no other way. If someone needs to explain something, it is easier for me to express my thoughts in a drawing than by conversation or correspondence. In this regard, I decided to take up graphics, but I just can’t decide which direction to go in (drawing website layouts in Flash is not a pleasure and I don’t consider this direction durable (I’m sorry, my personal opinion (of course, gurus in this direction with many years of experience and passion for their work will always be in demand, but this not me))). I liked the motion, but I'm sure that the iron will not cope with heavy loads, and there is no way to update it yet.
Can you suggest what areas exist and where to move in general? There is Google, but 93% of my searches led to web design, and of course, to get the opinion of people who are professionally involved in the field of graphic art.
PS I apologize if I described the question very superficially and watery, I hope you understand the essence.

@McBernar

What you can do:
1. Website
design 2. Mobile application design
3. Advertising retouching. These are all sorts of cool keyvisuals for advertising campaigns
4. 3D. There are many areas of application - visualization of architecture, cinema, TV screensavers, presentations
5. Motion. Again, TV intros, preza, movies
6. Graphic design - logo, styles, posters
7. Layout - books, magazines
8. Printing - a mixture of graphic design and layout + the ability to properly prepare the product for printing
PS For video, at the initial stage, there are not many resources necessary. Unless, of course, you have a pentium on win xp.
