What are the analogues of the Portable apps + Veracrypt solution in Linux?
I want to switch from windows to linux I
use it in windows Portable apps
I store them all in an encrypted veracrypt container
Many advantages:
1. easy backup of all important data, just copy the container image
2. portability and works everywhere, just mix the container image between computers that I use on a flash drive
3. you can reinstall the system much easier and faster
In principle, the second advantage is not so important
How to repeat the same thing on Linux?

By themselves, programs are not important data and there is no point in backing them up. As well as hiding in an encrypted container.
Under Linux, as a rule, you do not need to shaman with cracks, and the program settings are in the files in the home folder. So backing them up is also not a problem, and instead of dragging and dropping programs, it's easier to immediately put them through the orchestration system and then apply the same script on another target machine.
In general, if you deal with Linux, most likely, you will find that this system under Windows described by you is fierce shit and sticks and you can live much easier.
So what's the problem then? Veracrypt it exists under Linux and under macOS and under FreeBSD and even under raspberry.
