I need a program that can do the same as the HOSTS file in the OS.
With one difference - I need to replace IP ( IP→IP ).
After searching, I managed to find one of these programs - Fiddler. But as it turned out, she had a very long delay. (Sometimes errors about the elapsed interval pop up).
