Hello. Tell me how it is now possible to correctly implement styles for a scrollbar using CSS. Everything that was googled refers to webkit. (Which is not very relevant, I think).

If a cross-browser solution is required, then only using CSS you will not achieve this, at least because, for example, there are fewer properties for styling in FF.
Personally, I mostly use mCustromScrollbar or Simplebar - both work great in any browser on any device. Well, as they say, of course it's a matter of taste.
