What are temporary folders in debian?

Good afternoon. It will be installed on a debian flash drive, with xfce, java and a couple of small programs. Naturally, logs, etc. will be moved to the RAM. At the moment, I will take out /tmp, /var/{log,cache,crash}, /home/user/{.cache,.thumbnails} and some of the smaller utilities. /var/tmp and /var/backups are questionable. What else can be taken? Maybe Java leaves something?

@MrQwerty

/var/[run,spool,lock]
Also, as I understand it,
/dev
/sys
/proc
All this is created dynamically during the boot process.
BUT! the main question here is WHEN they are initialized. Those. whether it turns out that the memory becomes available after the initialization of / dev / sys and / proc - you can google on this topic.
UPDATE: Here www.pathname.com/fhs/2.2/fhs-5.15.html and here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Tmpfs recommend NOT doing this.
By the way, there is a lot of material on the topic of tmpfs - google it.
