Work organization

What are some workflow apps?

I have long been in throwing, choosing a workflow organization manager.
I use zim (personal wiki) - but as a task manager it's not the most convenient solution + I haven't found any convenient mobile ways to use it. Then I discovered MindMaps - it's amazingly convenient to structure information. But there is not enough opportunity to cut tasks from this structure, I would like to do it in some automated way in the form of export, at least, but this is hardly a solved option.
Also in the requirements - self hosted. I'm still paranoid. Of course, you also need a mobile client for Android (preferably a desktop client for linux) and a web-based app. Well, how would this also bring an understanding of the transfer of tasks to the team.
Now I'm not completely satisfied with a bunch of zim + freeplane with synchronization to all PCs through the syncthing of an encrypted (encfs) directory. There is no mobile solution here, and it causes some confusion, this is naturally only a personal only solution, which also does not meet the requirements ...
So, I would like to find a project / task manager who:

  1. Self hosted (installation either on your PC or on your server)
  2. Mobile client for Android
  3. Tag support
  4. you can combine tasks into projects (or split projects into tasks)
  5. (optional) support for working with a team is desirable (assigning a task to another person, setting privileges for different projects)
  6. (optional) time tracker
  7. (optional) client work from console
  8. (optional) graphics/diagrams/memory cards

well, in general, advice on the organization of the management of your tasks and goals, both personal and personal ..

1 to 5 covers MLO. Although this is still a personal organizer, you can share projects there.
From 1 to 6 - project managers such as Redmine (there are plug-ins for the Android client, tags and graphs / diagrams).
I have never seen mindmaps in such software. IMHO fashionable, but not the best way of structuring the information.
