What are some ways to automate checking for updates on debian repos?

Hello.
Water data: there is a certain binding that forms a private repository for ubuntu. There are several PPAs (and just deb repositories) where you need to look at updating packages.
What options can there be with checking for updates to automate the download and rebuild of the necessary packages? (Friday, my brain is failing :))))) It is a reassembly, somewhere a monkey patch, somewhere right away my configs.
PS
The rebuild type option just doesn't work once a day :)
