SCSS (SASS): LoadError: cannot load such file -- sass-listen when using --watch. Why?

Can you help me figure out what is causing the problem? The file itself is compiled, but tracking changes does not work, only manually.

What actually outputs --trace? As far as I understand you use ruby? Install the sass-listen gem
