What are some good textbooks/books on computer animation (movies)?

Preferably in English.
I would very much like the book to describe (at least superficially) all the stages of creating a computer film.
I currently use Scratch A Pixel as a tutorial on Ray-Tracing , but the animation itself is not described there.
