Advise an IDE similar to C++ Builder , but only, to develop applications on the Android OS, in general, I need to display a page from the site on the phone screen through the application, that's all, and I would like to do it as simply as possible, without understanding, i.e. as I understand it, using the capabilities of the native browser, perhaps someone who even has an operating time is lying around where "ownerless", well, you never know)))
