What are some good free JS frameworks/widget kits for UI right now?

Good afternoon!

Recommend good JS frameworks (or widget sets) for creating interfaces.
Good tables, user notifications, dialog boxes, process bars.

So far, for the "light" for the weekend, I selected for myself: Webix, w2ui, Sencha, jqwidgets.
What else can you recommend.

It would be extremely useful if the widgets themselves were able to take their data via REST (with the ability to add a field for the authorization token).

What can you say about the Foundation ?
A fairly strong framework, however, with a high threshold of entry.
