I want to delve into the topic of usability, UX and everything related. I look forward to your recommendations of books, video tutorials, articles, etc. on this topic. I only know about the book "Psychiatric hospital in the hands of patients", I plan to read it.

I would put Jacob Nielsen's book on a par with Cooper's "Psychiatric Hospital":

I personally read and re-read some early edition of Jacob Nielsen's Web Design, almost 1997, in general it is still relevant.
It's also good to subscribe to his alertbox mailing list or browse through the archive - each issue is dedicated to a narrow specific topic.
