What sources would you recommend for studying the basics of programming for the humanities?

Please tell me the sources to start learning programming. This can be a book (ideally, this option), a youtube channel, free online courses, or an educational portal on the Internet.
The education is humanitarian, but with mathematics and logic is worthy, so I ask you not to dissuade me in the comments. Interested in the basics , because I have no technical education and far from IT. When teaching, I prefer to move from the general to the particular - it is convenient when the general picture is outlined. I would like such literature to reveal the very concepts of cycles, variables, classes, events, libraries, and so on and so forth.
Interested, first of all, the personal experience of each member of the community or friends/acquaintances.
