Hello everyone, actually what are the video courses on creating a theme for drupal from scratch?
Where is it described which pages are needed for the normal operation of drupal?
Where can I read what variables are available in these pages?
Preferably Russian-language literature, but English-language literature is possible =)

Do not write topics from scratch - take something as a basis. I recommend https://www.drupal.org/project/framework
Simple and clear theme with good structure for creating first themes. There is nothing superfluous.
Install a theme, look at its code, try to understand, change and analyze.
