There is a ready-made online store, you need to hang a landing page on the section, while maintaining the old url, like
site.com/akcii/skidka
How is it better to implement it? Hang a landing page separately and then link the urls? Or how to insert it into the components? Bitrix functionality is not used in the landing.

There is a straightforward, but dubious solution: work through urlrewriter
If, as it was found out in the comments,
/akcii/ is the base page of the component
/akcii/skidka/ - the page where the list of elements from the infoblock with the "skidka" code is displayed
/akcii/nacenka/ - the page where the list of elements from the infoblock with the "nacenka" code is displayed. Then you
can add the following rule to urlrewrite.php : , "ID" => "", "PATH" => "/beginners/skidka/index.php", ), and check ifso that it is higher than the handler of /akcii/ itself. Then it should work and show the landing directory at /akcii/skidka/
