What are similar "legless" monitors called?

I wanted to buy a monitor without a stand, which can be easily rotated over a wide range, at least from 90 to 30 degrees. The question arose - what to look for.
Ideally, I imagined it as in the first or, as a last resort, in the second picture:

When I came to a store in my city, I saw that they didn’t have such monitors at all, but there are a bunch of monoblocks of this kind that I don’t need. In addition, what I could find on the Internet are glossy and touchscreen, and even at the price of a new laptop or a good tablet. I want a matte, non-touch and no larger than 19 inches. What is the name of such a configuration of monitors? Or suggest a model.

Most likely you need a monitor with a VESA mount.
