I understand that there is Microsoft Projects, but this is too complicated and dreary thing.
What I need: I want to draw a project management scheme in which:
1. There is a time scale (by days and months)
2. It is possible to place project stages in time with comments
3. Specify what data is at the input of each stage and at the output
4. Specify the person responsible for the execution of the stage

I do it in a project, then I transfer it to the Google calendar with the attachment of participants with email and SMS mailing, depending on the priority. And there, I'm already looking. It is especially convenient when there are more than 1 projects. Already in the process of transferring from a project to the calendar, you can notice overlaps when an important stake is assigned for one project, and you have a stake or some kind of rally for another at the same time.
