If you just want to make prototypes and run them on the device. I advise you to look at these relativewave.com guys . They allow you to integrate the design into the prototype much more tightly than NinjaMock.
I also advise you to watch the video Prototyping: Fake It Till You Make It from the latest WWDC

There are either generators of ready-made solutions with minimal changes in UI and UX components (a la website generator), and there is a highly paid job that no one can automate (I won’t explain why, because everything is clear anyway).
