What are hierarchical notepads under Windows?
I choose a notebook with a tree-like organization of notes. So far I have only found:
www.giuspen.com/cherrytree
zim-wiki.org/index.html
jenyay.net/Soft/Outwiker
What else would you recommend? Can be paid. The main thing is to work smartly with a large volume of branches (from 5000).

What did you end up with?
My comments on zim.
I've been using them for a couple of years. More than 3000 branches have accumulated. It doesn't seem to be dumb. Only with so many branches, the built-in web server is wildly stupid. But the cool thing is that you can export everything to html and put it on your web server. After that, you can also index. Tech support recently picked it up. Exchange between employees - through git/gitlab. I made them a separate corporate template for exporting html and we put help on programs through it. So it's pretty decent stuff. Suitable even for small corporate work.
