What are frontend courses for backend developers?

Greetings!
I am a web developer and basically all my tasks are limited to the backend. I would like to try myself in the frontend. Quite well familiar with layout and a little with frameworks. I follow the development of web technologies, but I have never tried to draw templates myself. I ask you to suggest some information (good courses or books) for pumping the skill in this direction.

I don’t see the point for you in some courses, they are usually compiled for completely zero.
Try to better implement some kind of application for personal purposes (maybe some kind of app, maybe something else for planning your time) on which AngularJS, and norms.
