Hello everyone
Maybe someone knows free services, or open source projects for collecting enps in the company?
We use Google forms, it’s not always convenient.
It is desirable that there be an answer in addition to an assessment with your own text, maybe even integration with something (crm), automation (you don’t need to create a new survey every month, but simply delete all answers from one and fill it again)
Or paid service, but for a sane amount
