What are currently good courses from companies for further employment?

Hello, I know JavaScript (html + css) at Jun's level, I have a couple of pet projects on react, I use almost the entire frontend infrastructure. I also write a backend in python, and in principle I am more impressed with development on it. What are the good courses in Moscow at the moment so that after them they immediately jump into the company as a junior. Maybe someone has experience with something like this? What courses would you recommend, and where is it easier to join? Main goal: to get a job as a June.

Isn't it easier to just go to social services and ask for a salary at the level of "go to Auchan 2 times and starve to death", and there you see, if you prove yourself, they will take you to the staff.
Recently an acquaintance (23 years old), made a couple of pet projects - one is a service for helping to solve mathematics (you write a problem, the "operator" writes a solution for you (3 questions for free, then for money), the second pet project is a search engine for books in the epub format. On 3 social security services sent him, they said that he was too "small", the next 2 social security services he chose between a big company / small salary, a small company / good salary
. underclasses.

@Zoominger

I speak at the level of Jun JavaScript (html + css)

Junior is an accomplished programmer with at least a year of official work experience. Do you have it? Not? You are not June.
On the subject: courses "with subsequent employment" are a scam, this is a scam in the spirit of the zero. Don't get fooled.
