What are CSS Framework mobile?

Hello! I really want to know what css frameworks for mobile devices are for 2019? All articles in search engines are ancient, and fresh ones are voiced only by popular likenesses of Bootstrap, Semantic UI, UIkit, etc., sharpened more for Web PC.
Of the mobile devices specifically tailored for this and non-modular, I found only Materialize, which, according to the UI design, is from the distant past and the base of the elements is very small.

Look at Framework7, it doesn't use third-party libs, it's as nimble as possible, it has a lot of components, it supports iOS style and Material Design.

Bootstrap does not suit you in particular? You don't need to be smart, use what is popular. Finding a solution to a problem and giving away your code to other people is always easier using something trendy rather than narrow and niche.
