What are cheat systems and how to detect them?
Year of work in SEO-optimizers. I usually look at analytics through Metrika, Analytics. Recently I went to Liveinternet for the sake of interest and he showed me such a thing. The next day, the warning disappeared, then appeared again, now it is gone again.
Your guesses, advice? Who to blame?

The rating takes into account the number of page views, this value can be artificially "inflated" through the use of bots visiting the site. In your case, most likely the site was visited by a large number of both search bots (read search engines) and some others (perhaps someone "parses" the site or looks for vulnerabilities / passwords by "brute force").
How to identify? Analysis of the User-agent header , page browsing speed (the user is unlikely to view more than 10 pages per second), incomplete data loading (the bot most often loads only the html code of the page and does not load css\js\images).
