What are C# OpenCV wrappers for Mono ARM (Raspberry Pi)?

Google turned up two candidates:
EmguCV and OpenCVSharp.
The first is apparently paid for ARM, and the second only supports Mono, not a word about ARM.
Can anyone suggest something?
Will OpenCVSharp run on RPi or can I somehow plug EmguCV into it without buying it?
What other options might there be?

If still relevant, then

OpenCvSharp can work on Mono. It can run on any platform which Mono supports (eg Linux and MacOSX).
