What are alternatives to WorkMate?

I use WorkMate - I really lack the ability to set the "Importance of the task" and "Subtasks".
In principle, Redmine is suitable, but an online service is needed (and perhaps easier to use).
Of the Russian-speaking ones that I wanted to start using, I was embarrassed by the trial for 30/45 days.
Are there alternatives?
