What are alternatives to Route53 (failsafe NS)?

Requires a failover NS server service as an alternative to Route53.

Any dns provider (not Russian) that can connect a slave server, connect a second reliable provider to it, and there is happiness.
Actually for my products I use dns from the registrar godadi, for 7 years they had only one fakap for 6 hours or so in my opinion.
