What are alternatives to pngquant on windows for photo compression in webpack?

Tried to install, nothing happens. I installed the 2013 libraries, and installed pngqiuant from the site, following all the instructions, so it shows that it does not see the cargo.toml file and a bunch of other errors. So are there alternatives for Windows?

Optipng
Optimizes the file structure, automatically reduces the palette. There are options to set the compression ratio. The higher the degree, the longer the file delays, but there is no point in raising it above 6, because the effect will be small, and the time spent is quite significant.
