What application on Mac do you use to design applications?

Hello!
Recommend an OSX application that can be used to create an iOS application project. I mean the design of classes, controllers, class methods, class properties, etc. I tried "Sketch", but, as I understand it, it designs only the GUI, and I need the structure itself. You can, of course, continue to use a notebook and a pen, but I believe that there are more technological means for this. In general: tell who uses what for this.
