Which Mac app to use to mockup the interface of an iOS app?

The mockup will be used by the programmer.
The application can be paid, but free is better, it's always nice :)

i have tried many... settled on www.fluidui.com , great stuff. you can even add interactive: when you click on the buttons, the screens change.
