What app or service would you recommend to use to track hours worked?

I work on time. There is a rate per hour (may be different currencies).
I would like to choose an application or service so that I can take into account all the statistics and all the time worked:
I would like this software miracle to provide:
- generating reports (including in XLS): etc.
- the ability to automatically turn on / off the service / application
- plotting and visualization
- the ability to work on os x and windows platforms
- the ability to publish reports for customers
- well, bonus goodies, little things, chips ...
- it is desirable that it be free ...
