You need an ip intercom for your office (one-button) to work through Asterisk, available for purchase in the Russian Federation. Preferably (not required) with PoE and a camera. Before that, ExtLink SIP intercoms were installed, but now their manufacturer has disappeared.

We installed a PanCode 979PI with a dialer, a camera and a reader in the amount of 3 pcs. It works for us in conjunction with Asterisk, we use SPHINX as an ACS. They have in their assortment models without cameras and with one button (without a number plate) ... Googling by name, you will find it.
In practice, it's not perfect, but in general it works quite stably. Attempts to find a newer version of the firmware for our devices were unsuccessful, but perhaps they were just looking badly.
