The simplest IVR solution possible?

It's worth the task. It is necessary after calling the client's number to ask why he is calling. If you make an order to press 1, if not, then everything else. I am looking for a solution with such functionality already configured, or something that you can do yourself using your own servers. The question is money, which requires less costs and less nerves, then I will choose. I lean more towards hademade

Based on the Asterisk question you mentioned in the tags, this is very easy to implement.

If you choose Asterisk, then there are no ready-made solutions. Either teach yourself, or contact a paid support. If by yourself - start with FreePBX. Any menu intuitively (understanding the principles of PBX) is built in a couple of minutes.
