What and how to make a range of IP addresses?

In general, I need to get hooked to open the port, but I can’t figure out how to make a range of IP addresses, who faced the same issue, please help!)

To open a port on a virtual machine
1) select a virtual machine
2) the Networking section
3) click on the button on the right
4) fill out the form
This will open access from the Internet to the network in which the virtual machine is.
Next, you need to go to the virtual machine via RDP and open the port on the firewall of the virtual machine itself
