Why are my questions blocked immediately after creation: I can't write an answer or edit?
What have I done wrong? Questions one and two . Can they be removed altogether?

but in general the shorter the question - the more chances for an answer

Both questions are not blocked, it is possible to write both comments and answers.
If you really have any problems editing the question, then write to technical support toster.ru/feedback with explanations of the situation, screenshots, gifs, browser, etc. Well, yes, the admins themselves will request what they need.
