What affects the loading speed of site editors?

The question is of course strange, but I can’t understand why on my PC, the page editor of the same wordpress opens quickly for about 1-2 seconds, and on my laptop I wait 6-8 seconds. loading, the same page.
The laptop has 8GB DDR3 RAM. Proc i5 - 3 generations, new SSD and clean Windows.
Computer on Ryzen 2 2600. RAM 16GB DDR4, but it is rarely higher than 8, only in games or when opening large tabs.
Can the frequency of the RAM so affect or percent?

p - profiling.
install a profiler and see where and on what it's stupid.

open the developer panel, go to the network, see what is loading slowly, think ...
Go to performance, launch, look, think ...
