What adapter to buy?

In general, it's such a thing that I recently bought an "Avermedia Live Gamer Portable" video capture card, and there turned out to be a small compatibility problem between cables and a monitor / TV. In general, the board itself has cables: USB-Mini Usb, HDMI, mini-jack 3.5mm audio cable, cable for connecting set-top boxes like Playstation 3, and an adapter for connecting a source of component video and stereo audio.
My TV "Hyundai H-LED22V6" has inputs: AV, audio x2, component, VGA, HDMI, USB.
My monitor "LG 22MP55D" has inputs: DVI-D, VGA (D-Sub). (Alas, without HDMI)
And then such a problem turns out that I simply cannot connect to a monitor or TV (more precisely, I can, but the set-top box is connected there via HDMI) because the cables do not fit. And now I would like to know what adapters to buy, or what to buy in general, so that you can connect via HDMI to a TV / monitor? Or do I need to change the TV/monitor?

The video capture card is installed between the game console and the TV. So prefix -> board -> TV. And enough slots
