I'm looking for free chat rooms for all of us.
Examples:
useful IRC channels
vk.com channels, chats.
Or any other systems of communication between experts
For example toster.ru, otvety.google, answers.mail.ru
IT help chats, etc.
It is important that your answer contains a free and very effective solution.
I'm sure you'll find this list helpful too.

Real experts value their time. Therefore, there are no free chats with experts.
All other chats are chats with amateurs :)

What topic are you on?
There are not so many "common" ones... people in the chat are usually connected by some one common hobby, and sometimes there are really mega people there.
For example, ##linux or ##windows on freenode :)
More thematic and narrow: #arduino and ##ibmthinkpad in the same place.
But I think with questions like "how to set up a router for mgts" you can be sent :(
